当データは改変してお使いいただけます。ただし改変したデータの再配布は禁止です。

データのすべてあるいは一部を利用したモデルの再配布を禁止します。

VRchat上へのアップロード、他、アバターとして使うためのサービスへのアップロードは再配布とはみなしません。

上記サービスで購入者本人以外が、アバターを使用できるようにする行為を禁止します。

VRChatのペデスタルへの使用は購入者以外が使用できるようになるので禁止です。

本モデル、改造モデルを使用したバーチャルYoutuber等の活動を許可します。

本モデル、改造モデルをゲーム、アニメーション、アプリに使用することを許可します。

収益化等は制限いたしません。

当データを用いたトラブルが発生した場合、利用者または第三者に損害が発生した場合でも、製作者は一切の責任を負いません。

DL商品の性質上返品したという証明ができない点、BoothではDL商品の購入後の返品、キャンセル手続きはご利用できない点からご返金等に応じることはできません。
