"C:\Users\YourName\AppData\LocalLow\pixiv\VRoidStudio\hair_presets"

-ダウンロードしたフォルダを解凍する

-解凍してでてきたpresetフォルダを

"C:\Users\ユーザー名\AppData\LocalLow\pixiv\VRoidStudio\hair_presets"
